Get This
Get This was a radio program which aired on the Triple M radio network in Australia, from April 2006 to November 2007.
Across 358 episodes, it was hosted by Tony Martin and Ed Kavalee, with contributions from panel operator, Richard Marsland. A different guest co-host was featured nearly every day on the show, and included live and pre-recorded sketches, guest hosts, and callers.

The show aired 9am to 10am Monday to Friday during its first year, debuting on April 3 2006. Upon its return in 2007, it initially aired 11am until 1pm Monday to Friday in the Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne markets, with only the first hour airing in Adelaide, before moving until 2pm to 4pm for the final two months of the series. On October 15th 2007, Tony Martin announced on-air that the show would not be returning for 2008. The final episode aired November 23rd 2007, a day before the 2007 Australian Federal Election.

On Air Talent
Tony Martin started his radio career writing advertisements for a regional radio station in New Zealand, before migrating to Australia in 1985, first continuing his work on FM 104 (now Triple M) before getting his first television writing gig on ABCTV's The D-Generation. Continuing his collaboration with the D-Generation, he joined their Triple M "Breakfast Show" in 1987. He hosted Bulltwang, a Sunday Night radio show on Triple M with Mick Molloy, which ran for sixteen weeks in 1990.

Tony was part of the ensemble cast of The Late Show, the cult classic sketch comedy program aired on ABCTV in 1992-93.
He returned to radio as the co-host of the ARIA award winning program Martin/Molloy, reuniting with his D-Generation partner Mick Molloy for an afternoon drive show on Fox FM, airing from 1995 to 1998.

In 2003, Tony wrote and directed the movie Bad Eggs, starring Mick Molloy, Bob Franklin and Judith Lucy.

After Get This, Tony returned to directing with such TV series as The Librarians and Upper Middle Bogan, hosted television series A Quiet Word With... and The Joy of Sets (with Ed Kavalee).

Currently Tony is the creator and host of the podcast Sizzletown, in production since 2018. It's produced by Get This producer Matt Dower.

Ed Kavalee started his career as a Triple M Black Thunder driver before being tapped by Working Dog to be part of the ensemble cast of the original production of Thank God You're Here, and Tony to join him as co-host on Get This, both debuted in April 2006.

After Get This, Ed continued his radio carrer with joining The Wrong Way Home with Akmal Saleh and Cal Wilson on the Nova Network in 2008. He was co-host of Hughesy & Kate with Dave Hughes and Kate Ritchie from 2009 to 2011. He returned to that show again for its final months in 2019, before continuing with Hughes for Hughesy & Ed in 2020, then changing to Hughesy, Ed & Erin with Erin Molan until 2024.

He returned to television in 2009, hosting a local version of the British TV series Harry Hill's TV Burp, and in 2011 with Tony on The Joy of Sets. Since 2013 he has been a permanent panelist of the Channel 10 series Have You Been Paying Attention?.
Ed has also appeared in several movies, including the infamous 2005 film Meat Pie, 2006's BoyTown with Mick Molloy, 2007's short film $quid with Josh Lawson, and the to-date final Working Dog film Any Questions for Ben? in 2012. He also wrote and starred in 2012's Scumbus, wrote starred and directed 2015's Border Protection Squad which also starred Tony Martin and Lachy Hulme.

Richard Marsland started his radio career in Adelaide on community radio station PBA-FM, then commercially on the SAFM breakfast show with Greg Fleet, Marty Sheargold and James Brayshaw. He also co-hosted the daily morning program AM Adelaide on Channel 7 with Anne Wills, and then hosted The Late Date Show nationally with Bessie Bardot on 2Day FM, 92.9 and Fox FM.

Richard joined the Get This team in June 2006, replacing The Bear (aka Rob Kidd) as the panelist. While initially positioned as an off-mic talent, Richard quickly became a regular on-mic contributor to the show, effectively becoming the third co-host by 2007.

After the conclusion of Get This, Richard joined Triple M Melbourne's breakfast show Pete & Myf, at the beginning of 2008.

Richard was a writer and occasional on-screen talent for the ABCTV series Newstopia, and Rove on Channel 10. He also had brief acting roles in the ABCTV children's series Winners, and the 2006 film BoyTown with Mick Molloy.

Sadly we lost Richard Marsland in December 2008. He will be forever missed.

Steven Plunkett has no business running a podcast, apart from being a die hard Get This fan, so he can recite Get This references at random; and working in tech, so he knows his way around website and podcast tools.

Steven was first introduced to Tony via The Late Show, and has been a fan of D-Generation and Working Dog productions ever since. Fun fact: Steven appears in one episode of The Joy of Sets, for approximately 4/10th's of a second.
An Australian having lived in the United States for the last 12 years, he's an avid listener to Get This to this day.

Matt Fulton is the host of the Champagne Comedy Podcast, a show that chats about D-Generation and Working Dog related projects with other like-minded fans. The podcast has been running since 2020.

Matt was introduced to D-Gen humour through his older brother after listening to The Satanic Sketches album on loop as a child, and over the years, has nearly fulfilled his dream at meeting each cast member in person or virtually - except for Judith Lucy… he’s still working in that.

On a more serious note - Matt has over 20 years of commercial radio and podcasting experience, including being nominated and winning industry awards

Natalie Bochenski is a journalist, writer, producer and performer based in Brisbane. She has worked in radio as a political reporter and newsreader, and in online media as an arts editor. She achieved some notoriety for her popular Game of Thrones Raven On recaps and podcasts, and has also spent some time working in politics, which was... interesting. Natalie runs independent theatre and comedy company Act/React, which has produced shows in festivals around Australia, including the cult immersive comedy homage "Speed: The Movie, The Play", which she co-wrote. Natalie also works as a media adviser and does a bunch of other stuff including MC-ing, hosting, teaching improvisation, and fosters cats with an animal rescue. Somewhere in her house is a box of 140 C90 cassettes on which she taped Martin/Molloy after school in the 1990s. Thankfully the technology moved on by Get This, which is good because sometimes you just need to throw on an episode and lose yourself in niche mid-2000s references. For at least 30 seconds, anyway.
